    Hare Krsna Prabhuji, Dandavat Pranam,

This is regarding your session on SB 3.29, the Characteristics of Time, was discussed:

During your sessions, below three characteristics of Time were discussed:

    1) Time destroys everything so Time devours everything

    2) Time is always active even when we are sleeping, Time is always and is always continuous so Time is Eternal.

    3) Time awards us the results of our karma (actions).

Now on the 4th characteristics of time:

4a) As is mentioned in SB Canto 1.13.17 purport: Time is Valuable for Human Beings, and must be cautiously spent because even a second passed away imperceptibly cannot be replaced > So the Time passes imperceptibly and cannot be replaced.

    Or

4b) As per SB 3.29.37: Time is another representation of Supreme Personality of Godhead and the one who doesn’t know this fact is eternally afraid of the Time Factor, which causes Material Transformations.

Could this be the fourth characteristic of Time, Prabhuji ?

Please accept my humble apologies for any mistakes on my part of understanding this topic.

    Ys,

    Ravindra

Yes. As per Vidura ji there are 4 characteristics:

kālaḥ pachati bhūtāni, kālaḥ saṃharate prajāḥ |

kālaḥ supteṣhu jāgarti, kālo hi duratikramaḥ ||

Time devours all things, Time kills all that are born.
Time is awake while all else sleeps, Time is insurmountable.
